At Solar Citizen, customer satisfaction and sustainability go hand in hand. We strive to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly clothing that supports our mission to plant a tree for every t-shirt sold. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide a flexible 15-day exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 15 days of order delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange requests can be made for:

A different size

A replacement in case of damage or defect

📦 Note: Return shipping costs for exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
No Refund Policy
Solar Citizen does not offer refunds on any purchases. This includes:

Change of mind

Delayed delivery due to third-party logistics

Orders that fall within our product quality standards
We encourage customers to carefully review product details and size charts before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos of the defect or damage.

Upon approval, we will send a replacement or allow an exchange at no additional cost.
Important Notes

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are limited to a maximum value of Rs. 5,000.

Minimum order value is Rs. 1,000.
